The customer’s order ships to one of two regions.
Peninsular Malaysia – all states are covered.
East Malaysia – Sabah & Sarawak are covered.

Before an order leaves our hands, it passes through a short processing stage.
Processing Time – every order is processed within 1–3 business days, not counting weekends or public holidays.
Dispatch Notice – the customer receives a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as the order is dispatched.
